Trying is a comedy series about the struggles Jason and Nikki experience in their journey to become parents. Struggling with conceiving a child but desperate to have one, they decide to adopt only to discover that the process brings with it a whole new list of new challenges. The series is about growing up, settling down, and finding someone to love.
Written and created by Andy Wolton, the series stars Rafe Spall, Esther Smith, Imelda Staunton, Ophelia Lovibond, and Oliver Chris on screen, Chris Sussman and Emma Lawson as its executive producer, and Jim O'Hanlon as its director.
As of May 1, 2020, the complete first season of Trying is streaming globally on Apple TV+.
